For a while now I have been obsessed with pistachio’s. I love the taste of them, the scent, and the colour so it seemed perfectly logical to me to carry my obsession for them over into one of my other obsession – beauty products. I went on a bit of a quest to find all of the pistachio themed products I could and ended up with a few winners including the now discontinued LUSH Noubar soap, a foot cream that could have honestly done with a bit more pistachio and this amazing jar of goodness that is Laura Mercier’s Crème de Pistache Soufflé Body Crème.
Now that Autumn is in full swing and winter is fast approaching, the time has come for me to switch up my skin care regimen. My combination skin gets really dry in patches during the colder months so I always switch to heavier creams to keep it moist. I decided to give Source Naturals Skin Eternal Cream a try after reading a ton of good reviews on iHerb.
All of the hand washing that I do at work has really taken a toll on my poor hands so I decided to invest a good quality cream as a treat to them.
I use and buy what seems like an endless amount of products on my hair. I’m always on the hunt for something better than the last something which is silly because I already have so many amazing things alreadyl. It’s the same with me and makeup too which further confirms what I have known for many years. I am a product junkie but honestly I’m totally cool with it.
Recently I’ve been on the hunt for a detangler. I had never used one before but thought I might give one a go since my hair is actually getting quite long and harder to manage. I looked on Ebay and I got suggestions from different blogs and videos but everything was so expensive due to shipping costs and I didn’t want to spend too much. Then I remembered of my favorite places to shop for the past 9 months – iHerb! I can spend hours browsing that site if I let myself get carried away and I do sometimes. Everything is so well priced and the international shipping is fantastic so it’s just very had to resist. I needed to top up some vitamins and skin care anyway so it was a good excuse to chuck in a hair product.
After typing “detangler” into the search field I got heaps of results and everything sounded awesome. Organic, vanilla, shea, and other words I like were being thrown around all over the place. I settled on a product that was getting heaps of good reviews – Kinky Curly Knot Today.
